We offer reliable shipping to all locations within the United States, with consistent processing and delivery windows to help you plan for your order’s arrival.

No minimum purchase required—every order, whether it’s a single Shape Tape™ concealer or a full makeup set, ships for free via our standard shipping option. This is our most popular choice, balancing speed and affordability.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing time includes verifying payment, checking inventory, and packaging your products with care to prevent damage (e.g., securing powder compacts, wrapping liquid lipsticks).
  • Delivery Time: After processing, standard delivery takes 6–12 business days. This timeline is based on your shipping address and carrier efficiency, with most orders arriving closer to the 6–8 day mark for continental U.S. locations.
  • Carriers: Standard shipping is fulfilled via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We select the carrier based on your location to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

1.2 Expedited Shipping

If you need your Tarte products sooner (e.g., for a special event or last-minute gift), we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. The exact fee is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.
  • Processing Time: Expedited orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day—even for orders placed later in the day (cutoff time: 3:00 PM ET).
  • Delivery Time: Expedited delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date of shipment. You’ll receive your order faster without sacrificing the careful packaging your Tarte products deserve.
  • Carriers: Expedited shipping is handled exclusively by UPS and FedEx for guaranteed speed and reliability.

1.3 Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We currently only ship to physical street addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam). If you provide a non-eligible address, your order may be delayed or canceled, and we’ll notify you promptly via email to resolve the issue.
